Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your PALLØR purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return

  1. Contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a tracked service. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
