RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Sale items and custom pieces may be non-returnable.
How to Return
Email mail to :reachpallor@gmail.com with the subject “Return”, including:
• Order number
• Full name
• Reason for return
For exchanges, place a new order and return the original item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We offer standard shipping, with express / next-day delivery available in select locations.
Free standard shipping is available to customers subscribed to our email list.
